I'm a writer and editor who covers social justice, the arts, and health. My articles and reviews have appeared in publications such as aarp.org, the Christian Science Monitor, O the Oprah Magazine, Vogue Knitting, Washington Blade, and the Washington Post (clips available at http://www.rebeccalweber.com or on request).

I was born and raised in Boston, and am now based in South Africa. I have an MA from Columbia University and a BA from Boston College (USA); and I'm a member of the National Book Critics Circle, the Association of Health Care Journalists, and the American Society of Journalists & Authors.
