Often one of the motivating reasons we set a goal is to feel accomplished. That can be a real challenge if it’s an emotion that’s unfamiliar to you.

If you have a strong habit of naysaying what you do and repeatedly telling yourself that you’re not accomplished (yet/enough), reaching external milestones is unlikely to undo your habitual or default thoughts.

Let’s examine how you’re defining accomplishment for yourself and how to create more of it.
